User Agreement
Binding Agreement Formation and Acceptance of Contractual Obligations
By accessing or utilizing the services provided through limitlesss.ca ("Platform"), users shall be deemed to have entered into a legally binding contractual relationship with Limitless Casino, a company registered at Hamchako, Mustamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros ("Company"). Continued use of the Platform constitutes affirmative acceptance of these terms and conditions. Users who do not agree to be bound by these provisions must immediately cease all access to and use of the Platform.
Permitted Uses and Prohibited Activities Regarding Platform Access
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the Platform solely for lawful gaming purposes in accordance with applicable jurisdictional requirements. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: fraudulent conduct, circumvention of security measures, automated access attempts, distribution of malicious software, violation of intellectual property rights, and engagement in money laundering activities. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts upon detection of prohibited conduct without prior notice or compensation.
Intellectual Property Rights and Proprietary Information Protection
All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and proprietary technologies displayed on or incorporated within the Platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed third-party providers. Users are expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works based upon such proprietary materials without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action for damages and injunctive relief.
Disclaimers of Warranties and Exclusions of Liability
The Platform and all associated services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. The Company specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service availability. Users acknowledge that gaming activities involve inherent financial risks, and the Company shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred through legitimate gameplay or technical malfunctions beyond the Company's reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification Provisions
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by the user in the preceding thirty days. Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from user's breach of these terms or violation of applicable laws.
Applicable Law and Jurisdictional Matters
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Union of Comoros, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Union of Comoros. Users irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections based on inconvenient forum or lack of personal jurisdiction.

All legal notices, correspondence, and formal communications regarding these terms and conditions, disputes, or legal matters must be directed to the Company's designated legal contact address. Official legal correspondence shall be sent electronically to [email protected] or via registered mail to the Company's registered office address as specified herein. Communications sent to unauthorized addresses or through unofficial channels may not be considered valid legal notice and may result in delayed response or non-recognition of claims.
